The location is superb! Right in the city center. Plus.

The noise levels were disruptive late at night due to nearby nightlife. The room showed signs of wear, impacting the overall experience.

The service was absolutely good. There were satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, truly enjoyed that. Got delicious and amazing breakfasts with fresh berries, cheese, fresh juice.

Hotel was clean and nicely decorated with amazingly kind staff and amazing location close to transport. Our room was unique with nice design and extra comfy bed and met what was needed. The service was excellent, we felt welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed early check-in.

I loved staying in the Beautiful Suite. The full-length windows opened up to a fantastic view of the square, and the modern decor. The rooftop terrace and cozy lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but that didn't take away from my overall great experience 😊

We enjoyed a spacious and well-equipped Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment. The staff were attentive and created a cute atmosphere, overseeing our family's needs. Plus, the tram stop right outside made exploring Lisbon super convenient!

My kids wished for a sofa bed instead of the sofa.
